The Ayres Hotel (325 Bristol St. Costa Mesa, CA, 92626) is near John Wayne (SNA) airport, and offers a shuttle service to the airport and UCI. UCI has negotiated a discounted rate here.

Travel

Orange County airport (SNA — aka John Wayne Airport aka Santa Ana Airport) is the closest, about 5 minutes to hotels and 10 minutes to campus.

Long Beach airport (LGB) is about 30-40 minutes away.

Los Angeles airport (LAX) is about an hour away without traffic. An Uber/Lyft starts at about $60.

Train: Amtrak’s closest stop is Irvine. The Tustin station is next closest. Metrolink also goes to these.
