Planning for the Future of the Institute and Its Programs
The annual support of more than 1,000 Associates provides a significant source of funding for the Institute’s work in advancing research and writing about early America and helps sustain the standard of scholarly excellence to which the organization has been committed since its founding. Equally important, Associates’ contributions enable the Institute to respond meaningfully to the needs and opportunities that characterize the field of early American studies.
In addition to providing annual support as Associates, we also encourage you to think about providing future support for the Institute and its programs through a provision in your will. If you are interested in learning more about how to make a future gift to the Institute through a bequest or planned gift, please contact Shawn Holl, Omohundro Institute director of development, for assistance. She can be reached at (757) 221-1141 or saholl@wm.edu.
