To assist conference attendees, two separate shuttles will be available for transport. A commercial shuttle service will run between the conference hotel, La Quinta Inn and Suites, and the conference venues. The shuttle will pick attendees up at La Quinta every fifteen minutes from 7:45 to 8:45 a.m. each day and drop them off at the conference venue. Conference attendees will also be able to ride the free Yale Shuttle around campus courtesy of a temporary pass that will be included in their registration packets. The campus map below shows the relative locations of all conference venues.
