  • Information on research focus and how participation in the conference will support your current scholarship and teaching
For graduate students:

  • Copy of curriculum vitae or résumé
  • A letter of reference from your faculty advisor on your university’s letterhead
  • 1-2 page essay stating how participation in the conference will support and enhance your current research and writing

Please submit your scholarship application by December 1, 2009.

Members of the conference program committee will review the applications in late December. Scholarship recipients will be notified by February 1, 2010. They must accept, or decline, the invitation by 16 February 2010.
