On-Campus

On-campus accommodations are available in the Nathan R. Miller Residence Hall, 10 Somerset Street. Arrangements must be made directly with Suffolk University's Office of Residence Life and Summer Programs. Please complete the On-Campus Accommodations Registration Form and mail or fax it with FULL payment to: Office of Residence Life and Summer Programs, Attn: Joshua T. Cheney, 150 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02111; fax (617) 305-2504. Please do not send housing registration forms to the Omohundro Institute! The deadline for submitting your registration form is Friday, May 9, 2008. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so in writing forty eight hours prior to check-in in order to receive a full refund. No refund is available for cancellations within forty-eight hours of check-in.

Single and double rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis for the nights of June 4-9, 2008. For single occupancy, the rate is $75.00 per night. For double occupancy, the rate is $50.00 per person per night. On-campus accommodations include breakfast every morning from 7:30 to 9:00 A.M. in Miller Hall's third-floor cafeteria, bed and bath linens, local telephone service, Internet access, and use of Miller Hall's exercise facilities. Miller Hall has twenty-four-hour security, air conditioning, a computer lab, twin-size beds, and semi-private bathrooms. Check-in will be in the Residence Life and Summer Programs office, in the lobby of Miller Hall, 10 Somerset Street. Keys and room assignments will be available throughout the conference, twenty-four hours a day, beginning at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, June 6. Check-out is by 11:00 A.M. on Sunday, June 8. If you would like to check out early Sunday morning, your baggage can be locked in the residence hall's office until you return from the conference sessions. Off-Campus

Because many Boston-area commencement ceremonies will take place during the weekend of June 6-8, conference attendees are strongly urged to reserve their accommodations as soon as possible.
