Blocks of rooms for conference attendees are being held. The hotel is located directly across the street from the W&M football stadium, which is adjacent to the University Center. Approximate walking time is 5 minutes or less to the University Center, where the conference sessions will take place, and Colonial Williamsburg’s Historic Area (map).

Reservation Information:

In making your reservation we request that you either (1) enclose a check or money order covering the first night’s stay or (2) send us the entire number of your credit card.

Reservation cut-off date is May 6, 2007. Reservations requested beyond the cut-off date are subject to availability.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Rates for Group Number 700156 OIEAHC-SEA:

Single occupancy: $129.00 per night, plus taxes
Double occupancy: $129.00 per night, plus taxes
Taxes are 10%, plus $2.00 per room per night occupancy tax.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits will be refunded only if cancellation notification is given more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival.

Directions to the Williamsburg Hospitality House:

From Richmond, take Interstate 64 East
From Newport News and Norfolk, take Interstate 64 West
Turn off I-64 at Exit 238 and follow signs to Colonial Williamsburg, bearing right onto 132 at the second traffic light.
Proceed straight through the traffic light at Bypass Road.
Stay on 132 (do not turn left on 132Y).
Cross the railroad tracks, and continue straight through the traffic light.
Take the next right on Scotland Street, which ends at Richmond Road.
At Richmond Road, the Hospitality House will be on the right.
