To register for on-campus housing, fill out the registration form and return it with payment as specified, either by mail or fax. Do not email the form—William and Mary Conference Services cannot process credit cards online.

Reservations for on-campus housing will be taken until June 1, 2007, subject to availability.

Housing Information

• Rooms in Bryan, Madison, Stith, and Old Dominion, a short distance from the University Center (see map) will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
• All rooms are air-conditioned, have a telephone for local calls only, and offer wireless Internet access. A phone card is needed in order to place long distance calls.
• There are twin beds, usually bunked, and hall bathrooms.
• Bed and bath linens will be provided but not toiletries or other personal amenities.
• Breakfast at the University Center Dining Hall is included.
• Parking is permitted in the resident/day student spaces of the Stadium Lot (map). A pass will be emailed to you along with confirmation of your housing registration.

Housing Check-in

• You may check in for on-campus housing at the Conference Services Duty Office on the day of your arrival between the hours of 2:00 and 7:00 p.m.  
• For the location of the Conference Services Duty Office, click here.
• If you will be arriving at a time when check-in at the Conference Services Duty Office is not available, you MUST let us know in advance so that we can try to make special arrangements to provide you with your room key and dorm access card. You may notify us of your time of arrival by emailing Melody Smith at mlsmit@wm.edu, telephoning her at (757) 221-1197, or faxing her at (757) 221-1047.

Housing Check-out

• Check-out time is noon, Sunday, June 10.
• You may turn in your keys and dorm access card at the Conference Services Duty Office at any time that morning.
• Late return of keys and cards will result in an additional night’s lodging charge. There will be a replacement charge for lost or damaged keys ($55) and access cards ($20).

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be made in writing to The College of William and Mary, Conference Services at wmconf@wm.edu.
• No refunds will be given for housing cancellations after close of business on June 1, 2007.
• A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations.

Please note that making reservations for lodging DOES NOT register you for the conference. The form for conference registration will be available in the program brochure to be mailed in March.
